1. Purpose of Qtawseel

   Qtawseel (Collectively website and Mobile Application) is an online shopping platform where the customers can view products under different category and order online.

2. Registration
   1. To register on the Qtawseel, you must be over eighteen years of age.
   2. You can register with your mobile number, which will be verified with a One Time Password.
3. Display of Products

   The colors of our products that appear on the Website will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Similarly, Packing and design of products may vary from the picture we displayed as manufacturers change the packing from time to time.

4. Products Pricing

   We make sure that we offer very competitive price for our customers and we do regular review of our prices. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

5. Products Availability

   We are committed to make available all the items displayed in our website and mobile application. However some products may be out of stock from manufacturer/Importer and which may result unavailability of those items from Qtawseel as well.

6. Delivery Charge

   Delivery charge will be calculated on the basis of order value and delivery location. Normal delivery charge is QAR 10 for orders inside Doha (Free delivery, where order value is more than QAR 250) and additional charge will be applicable for outside Doha, based on how far the delivery location from Doha.

7. Warranty Policy

   For electrical products, customers will be availing a limited period warranty (generally 6Months-1 year) against any manufacturing defect* within that stipulated time frame as per the warranty records. customers are responsible to contact respective manufacturer/distributor as all such information are being furnished upon point of sale.

8. Manufacturing Defect

   A Manufacturing defect means any failure due to components or structures of the device.

9. Delivery Time Slots

   10 Delivery Slots are available from 9 AM till 2 PM from Saturday to Thursday, and 3 Delivery slots available from 2 PM till 9 AM on Fridays. We are continuously working to enhance quality of our customer service and delivery time slots may vary without any prior notice.

10. Payment Methods.

    Currently our customers can make payment by Cash or Card on delivery. We are working to let our customer enjoy more payment options like online payment and mobile money transfer, which will be activated soon.

11. Order Cancellation by Customer.

    If, in any circumstances customer wants to cancel their order, It can be done within 15 minutes from placing the order by calling or sending a message to our hotline number +974 33100044.

12. Order Cancellation by Qtawseel.

    Qtawseel has the complete authority to cancel any order received. Order cancellation will be notified to the customer by any electronic means. In no circumstances customer has the right to claim for order cancellation by Qtawseel.

13. Return & Refund

    If customer received wrong items (items other than they ordered) or in bad condition (Quality/Texture of the item has been changed), customer has the right to get it replaced or refunded as they wish. Any product customer return must be with the original invoice and in the same condition customer received. Customer satisfaction is our prime concern and we are working to improve quality of our customer service from time to time.

15. Prohibited Activities

    Qtawseel (Collectively website and mobile Application) is developed to serve our customers (to let our customers to see items under different categories and order online). Customers are prohibited from using the site or its content to;

    • Upload or transmit viruses
    • Submit false or misleading information
    • Collect or track the personal information of others
    • Any unlawful purposes.
      
      
16. Termination of Customer Account

    In case of any fraudulent/ Suspicious activities by customer, Qtawseel has complete authority to suspend the customer account for specific period or terminate their account permanently.

17. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions.

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
